Duckfoot Site Early Pueblo Violence was a Colonial and Pre-Columbian engagement fought in Colorado, 875.

Excavated by Crow Canyon Archaeological Center (1983-1987). Duckfoot Site provides evidence of violence in the earliest Pueblo period, demonstrating that warfare was not a late-period phenomenon. Skeletal remains in burned rooms show perimortem trauma. The site's abandonment pattern (burned, with bodies left in rooms) is consistent with a massacre followed by abandonment. Published by Lightfoot and Etzkorn (1993).
