Engagement, Hatchie or Davis Bridge, Big Hatchie or Metamora was a Civil War engagement fought in Tennessee, 1862.

On October 5, 1862, forces clashed at Hatchie Bridge, an encounter also remembered as Davis Bridge or Matamora, in territory spanning Hardeman County and McNairy County, Tennessee. This clash marked the closing chapter of the Iuka-Corinth Campaign during the American Civil War. Having suffered defeat at Corinth, Confederate Major General Earl Van Dorn managed to lead his army clear of Union forces and avoid capture.
