Casa Amadeo, antigua Casa Hernández is the oldest continuously-occupied Latin music store in New York City and the Bronx, having opened in 1941. Casa Amadeo is located in a historic apartment building in Longwood, Bronx. Designed by James F. Meehan, the apartment building was built in 1905 and named The Manhaset.
