Annette Rogers was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts in 1913 and died in 2006. She competed as a sprinter and high jumper at the 1932 and 1936 Olympics, winning two gold medals in the relay and setting a world record in 1932. She placed fifth in the 100 m individual event in 1932 and sixth in the high jump in both 1932 and 1936. Domestically she won AAU outdoor titles in the 100 yards in 1933 and in the relay between 1931 and 1933, and AAU indoor titles in the 200 m and high jump in 1933 and 1936.
