Biography
Arlene Dahl was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1925 and worked as a film, television, and stage actor as well as a columnist and entrepreneur. She began her acting career in musicals before moving to film in the late 1940s, appearing in MGM productions including My Wild Irish Rose (1947) and The Bride Goes Wild (1948), and later in adventure films such as Caribbean Gold (1952) and Desert Legion (1953). She died in 2021.
