Biography
Barbara Walters was born in Boston in 1929 and worked as a broadcast journalist and television presenter from 1951 until her retirement in 2014. She appeared as a host on several television programs, including Today, the ABC Evening News, 20/20, and The View. Walters received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2007 and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1989. She died in 2022.
