Biography
Carl Panzram was born in East Grand Forks, Minnesota in 1891. He was a serial killer and rapist who confessed in prison and in his autobiography to murdering twenty-one boys and men, though only five of these murders could be verified. He is suspected of killing more than a hundred boys and men across the United States and several others in Portuguese Angola. He died in 1930.
