Biography
Frank Vincent was born in North Adams, Massachusetts in 1937 and worked as a film and television actor, voice actor, musician, and writer. He frequently appeared in films directed by Martin Scorsese, including Raging Bull, Goodfellas, and Casino, and played Phil Leotardo in seasons five and six of The Sopranos. He provided voice work for the character Salvatore Leone in the Grand Theft Auto video game series between 2001 and 2005, and worked as an acting coach. Vincent died in 2017.
