She portrayed Vivian Harmon on Maude from 1972 to 1978, Aunt Fran Crowley on Mama's Family from 1983 to 1984, and Blanche Devereaux on The Golden Girls from 1985 to 1992 and its spin-off The Golden Palace from 1992 to 1993. She died in 2010.
