Biography
Stanley Tookie Williams was born on December 29, 1953, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He co-founded and led the Crips gang in Los Angeles after forming an alliance with Raymond Washington in 1971. During the 1970s, he served as the de facto leader of the Crips and a crime boss in South Los Angeles. He died on December 13, 2005.
