Stevie Ray Vaughan was born on October 3, 1954, in Dallas, Texas. He worked as a blues musician, guitarist, singer-songwriter, and composer. He served as guitarist and frontman of the blues rock trio Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, and was the younger brother of guitarist Jimmie Vaughan. He died on August 27, 1990.
