Wayman Tisdale was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1964 and died in 2009. He played professional basketball in the NBA and performed as a smooth jazz bass guitarist. At the University of Oklahoma, he was a three-time All American and was elected to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.
