Afon Cynfal Deserted Rural Settlement is a post-medieval domestic settlement located in Meirionnydd, Wales, comprising a cluster of rectangular stone structures characteristic of rural habitation in the region. The settlement consists of hut circles and associated field boundaries that reflect subsistence farming practices and settlement patterns typical of upland Welsh communities from the post-medieval period onwards. The site's remains, now largely ruined, preserve evidence of the everyday architecture and land use of rural Welsh households before abandonment.
