Agglomerate enclosure and ten stone hut circles 500m west of Cawsand Beacon is a Bronze Age settlement complex located on the Devon moors. The site comprises a roughly circular enclosure constructed from local agglomerate stone, within which ten circular stone-built hut foundations are arranged, representing domestic structures typical of the later Bronze Age period. The hut circles, constructed from dry stone walling, indicate a settled pastoral community exploiting the upland moorland environment. The enclosure itself likely served both defensive and stock-management purposes, enclosing the residential and domestic spaces of what appears to have been a small nucleated settlement.
