Aldro earthworks is a bowl barrow situated on Birdsall Wold, approximately 600 metres west of Aldro Farm in Yorkshire. The monument dates to the Bronze Age and represents a form of funerary monument common to the prehistoric landscape of the Wolds, where such burial mounds were constructed as markers of high-status interment. The barrow survives as an earthwork of modest proportions, typical of bowl barrows of its class.
