Allabury Camp is a univallate hillfort situated approximately 425 metres west-north-west of West Castick Farm in Cornwall. The monument consists of a single defensive rampart enclosing an interior space, characteristic of hillforts constructed during the Iron Age. The site occupies a strategically positioned location typical of contemporary fortified settlements in the South West peninsula, which served defensive and possibly administrative functions within Iron Age communities. As a scheduled ancient monument, Allabury Camp represents an important survival of prehistoric fortification practice in the Cornish landscape.
