Cnoc Fionn is a prehistoric hut circle located in Caithness, northern Scotland. The structure, situated approximately 250 metres south-west of the principal settlement, represents domestic occupation from the Bronze Age or Iron Age period. The site is characterized by the earthwork remains typical of such circular or sub-circular dwellings, which formed part of small agricultural communities exploiting the marginal landscapes of northern Scotland. Hut circles of this type provide material evidence for understanding settlement patterns and domestic life in prehistoric northern Britain.
