Dolebury Camp is a large univallate hillfort situated on Dolebury Warren near Churchill in Somerset. The monument comprises a single defensive rampart enclosing approximately 1.3 hectares and dates to the Iron Age, likely constructed during the middle to later Iron Age period. The camp occupies a naturally prominent hilltop position which would have afforded considerable defensive advantage and visibility across the surrounding landscape. Associated earthworks and later modifications visible on the site suggest continued use or alteration into subsequent periods following the Iron Age.
