Donegore motte is a medieval earthwork monument located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, consisting of a substantial motte with an associated moat. The motte represents a form of Norman or Anglo-Norman fortification typical of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, when such structures were widely constructed throughout Ireland and Britain as seats of power and military strongpoints.
