Dovecote at Biddestone Manor is a stone-built dovecote located in the village of Biddestone in Wiltshire. The structure dates from the seventeenth century and represents a significant example of agricultural architecture from the post-medieval period. Constructed in stone with a rectangular plan, the dovecote would originally have housed pigeons, which provided an important source of protein for the manor household whilst also serving as a symbol of manorial status and privilege. The building remains a notable survival of vernacular domestic architecture associated with a gentry estate in the Cotswold fringe region.
