Down Ridge stone circle is a Bronze Age ritual monument located on Dartmoor near Forest Inn in Devon. The circle comprises a ring of standing stones of varying heights arranged in a roughly circular plan, typical of the ceremonial monuments constructed during the second millennium before the present. Two outlying standing stones are positioned approximately 570 metres and 650 metres to the south of the main circle, a feature found at several Dartmoor stone circles where satellite stones may have served calendrical, territorial, or ritual functions. The monument remains an important surviving example of Bronze Age stone circle construction on Dartmoor and contributes to understanding of prehistoric ceremonial practices in south-western Britain.
