Dun an Trinnse is a Iron Age dun located 325 metres north-west of Ardailly on the island of Gigha in Argyllshire, Scotland. The monument is a defensive or residential structure typical of the Iron Age period in the Scottish Hebrides, constructed with stone to form an enclosed settlement. Such duns served as fortified homesteads for elite families and represent an important phase of settlement and social organisation in the Atlantic seaboard during the pre-Roman Iron Age.
