Gallow Hill is a Neolithic chambered cairn located 650 metres south-south-west of Unst in Shetland, Scotland. The monument dates to the Neolithic period and represents the funerary architecture characteristic of early farming communities in northern Scotland during the fourth and third millennia BC. As a chambered cairn, the structure would have comprised a stone burial chamber contained within a mound of cairn material, serving as a communal burial place for multiple individuals over an extended period. The site is registered with Historic Environment Scotland under the designation SM7667 and contributes to the significant concentration of megalithic monuments found throughout the Shetland Islands.
