Heavy Anti-aircraft gunsite 330m south east of Lowfield Farm is a Second World War defensive installation located in Yorkshire, England. The site comprises earthwork remains associated with anti-aircraft gun emplacement and associated structures typical of heavy anti-aircraft defences erected during the 1939–1945 conflict. Such installations were positioned across the British landscape to provide protection against aerial attack, particularly from German aircraft operating over northern England. The physical remains represent the material evidence of Britain's air defence infrastructure during the latter stages of the Second World War.
