Hut circle at Tunhill Rocks is a Bronze Age domestic settlement site located on Dartmoor in Devon. The monument consists of the remains of a prehistoric dwelling, identified by its characteristic circular or sub-circular ground plan typical of Bronze Age settlement patterns in the South West of England. Such hut circles represent evidence of permanent or semi-permanent occupation during the later Bronze Age period, roughly between 1500 and 700 BCE, when communities on Dartmoor adapted to the moorland environment. The site contributes to our understanding of Bronze Age settlement distribution and domestic life on the high moorlands of Devon.
