Leathad Carnaich is a Bronze Age or Iron Age settlement comprising hut circles and associated clearance cairns located north of Dalhalvaig School in Sutherland, Scotland. The site consists of the remains of circular domestic structures typical of prehistoric highland settlement, accompanied by field clearance cairns which attest to past agricultural use of the landscape. These monuments represent evidence of early pastoral and arable exploitation of the moorland terrain in the far north of Scotland. The site is recorded in the National Monuments Record and is designated for statutory protection under Scots heritage legislation.
