Lendrick Lodge is a Post-Medieval enclosure located in Angus, Scotland, approximately three hundred metres to the south-east of Lendrick Lodge itself. The site comprises an enclosure of Post-Medieval date together with associated barrows of prehistoric origin, representing a palimpsest of settlement activity spanning multiple periods. The enclosure reflects agricultural land management practices of the early modern period, whilst the barrows indicate earlier Bronze Age or Iron Age funerary activity on the same landscape. This juxtaposition of monuments demonstrates the continued significance of the location across several millennia of Scottish settlement history.
