Loch of Freester is a Neolithic chambered cairn located approximately one hundred metres south-east of Old Trafford in Shetland, Scotland. The monument dates to the Neolithic period and represents the funerary architectural traditions of early farming communities in the northern isles. As a chambered cairn, it would have functioned as a communal burial monument, with an internal stone chamber constructed within a larger cairn of stacked stone.
