Loddan is a hillfort of Iron Age date located in Roxburghshire in the Scottish Borders. The site occupies a naturally defensible position and exhibits the characteristic multivallate (multiple-rampart) construction typical of Iron Age fortifications in southern Scotland. As with many hillforts of this period in the region, Loddan would have served both defensive and settlement functions, likely occupied during the later Iron Age when such monuments were prevalent across the Scottish Borders. The fort remains an important example of Iron Age settlement archaeology in the area.
