Medieval moated site at Share Farm is a moated homestead located in Kent, England, dating to the medieval period. The site comprises a substantial water-filled moat that once enclosed a residential and agricultural complex, a characteristic defensive and status-indicating feature of medieval manorial settlements. Such moated sites became increasingly common from the twelfth century onwards, particularly in lowland England, and typically indicate the presence of a substantial landowner's dwelling. The moat at Share Farm survives as an earthwork monument and represents an important example of the settlement patterns and land use practices of medieval Kent.
