Monkton Priory Dovecot is a medieval dovecote located in Pembrokeshire, Wales, associated with the monastic settlement at Monkton. The structure dates from the medieval period and represents the substantial agricultural infrastructure maintained by the priory to support its community and generate income through the production and management of pigeons, which provided both food and fertiliser in the form of guano. As a surviving example of monastic resource management, the dovecote reflects the economic importance of pigeon husbandry to religious houses during the medieval period.
