Part of the Dartmeet coaxial field system and other archaeological remains on Holne Moor west and north west of Venford Reservoir is a prehistoric field system located on Dartmoor in Devon. The site comprises elements of a coaxial field layout, a distinctive form of land division characteristic of Bronze Age agricultural organisation, along with associated archaeological features. The field boundaries are defined by low stone walls and lynchets that reflect the intensive use and management of this moorland landscape during the prehistoric period. The remains form part of the broader Dartmeet field system, which represents one of the most significant examples of organised Bronze Age land division and settlement on Dartmoor.
