Platform rath is a residential earthwork monument of early Christian date located in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. The site consists of a raised platform or artificial mound characteristic of early medieval Irish settlement sites, which typically served as the domestic and defensive centre of a local ringfort or enclosed settlement. Such platforms were commonly constructed during the early Christian period, roughly from the fifth to twelfth centuries, and often contained evidence of timber or stone structures.
