Pond barrow is a Bronze Age round barrow located on Pen Hills in Hertfordshire. The monument comprises an earthen mound characteristic of burial practices during the Bronze Age, when such structures served as ceremonial and funerary monuments for elite members of prehistoric communities. As one of two round barrows surviving on Pen Hills, it represents an important concentration of Bronze Age funerary archaeology within the county. The barrow's preservation has allowed it to remain a significant archaeological site for the study of prehistoric settlement and burial patterns in Hertfordshire.
