Pusk Farm Cottages, ring-ditch and enclosures is a post-medieval settlement site located 250 metres north-east of Pusk Farm in Fife, Scotland. The monument comprises a ring-ditch and associated enclosures, structural forms typical of rural settlements from the sixteenth century onwards. The site sits upon bedrock of the Arbuthnott-Garvock Group, a Pragian formation of sandstone interlayered with conglomerate, siltstone and mudstone, geology that would have shaped both the construction methods and the agricultural potential of the immediate landscape.
The ring-ditch likely defined the boundary of a domestic holding or farmstead, a common feature of Scottish rural settlement during the early modern period. Such earthworks often contained or surrounded the principal dwelling and its ancillary buildings, which have since largely disappeared or were never substantially constructed in stone.
