Rhosydd Incline, Drumhouse and Tramway is a post-medieval slate quarrying transport installation located in Meirionnydd, Wales. The site comprises an inclined tramway system that served the Rhosydd slate quarry, facilitating the movement of extracted slate from the quarry workings to lower levels for further processing and transport. Dating to the industrial period of slate extraction in North Wales, the installation represents the engineering solutions developed to manage the challenging topography of the quarrying landscape. The remains include the incline structure itself, associated drumhouse containing winding equipment, and sections of the tramway infrastructure that formed part of the quarry's operational systems.
