St Katherine's Priory, Polsloe is a Dominican convent founded in the mid-thirteenth century near Exeter in Devon. The priory was established as a house for Dominican nuns and remained active until the Dissolution of the Monasteries in the sixteenth century. Substantial remains of the medieval buildings survive, including parts of the church and conventual structures that reflect the architectural character of a late medieval Dominican establishment. The site preserves important evidence of monastic life in Devon and the physical layout of a female religious community of the later Middle Ages.
