Stone hut circle 270m north of Hart Tor is a Bronze Age domestic settlement structure located on Dartmoor in Devon. The site forms part of a larger unenclosed settlement of stone hut circles, a settlement form characteristic of the later Bronze Age period on Dartmoor, typically dating to around 1500–800 BC. The hut circle itself would originally have comprised a circular or sub-circular stone foundation with walls built of rubble stone, which once supported a superstructure of timber and thatch or turf. This settlement type represents one of the most substantial concentrations of Bronze Age domestic remains on Dartmoor and provides important evidence for the organisation and scale of prehistoric settlement patterns on the upland moorland.
