Stone hut circle is a Bronze Age domestic structure located within a prehistoric settlement on Dartmoor in south Devon. The hut circle stands on the southeastern margin of an unenclosed settlement of similar structures, positioned approximately 1180 metres south of North Hessary Tor at an elevation suitable for Bronze Age pastoralist occupation. The monument consists of a circular or oval stone-built foundation, characteristic of domestic dwellings from the second millennium BC, when such settlements formed the primary form of habitation across Dartmoor's higher ground. As part of a wider hut circle settlement, the structure provides evidence of Bronze Age land use, community organisation, and architectural practices on the moorland landscape of southwest England.
