Blackfriars Norwich is a Dominican friary founded in the thirteenth century, situated within the city of Norwich in Norfolk. The standing remains comprise Becket's Chapel, a chapter house, and structures of the north range, with additional buried archaeological deposits within the east garth. The friary represents an important example of Dominican architecture and urban religious life in medieval Norfolk, with the surviving fabric demonstrating thirteenth and fourteenth-century construction. The site reflects both the substantial physical presence of mendicant orders within Norwich and the subsequent partial survival of monastic buildings following the Dissolution of the Monasteries.
