Tor Hill fort is an Iron Age fortification located approximately 600 metres west-north-west of Torbank in Peeblesshire, Scottish Borders. The site comprises a univallate hillfort with a single defensive rampart enclosing the summit, typical of Iron Age defensive settlements in the Borders region dating to the later prehistoric period. The fort occupies a strategic elevated position commanding views across the surrounding landscape, a characteristic common to hillforts of this era which served both defensive and administrative functions for local communities. The site is recorded within the Historic Environment Record as monument SM3027 and remains an important archaeological example of Iron Age settlement patterns in the Scottish Borders.
