Unenclosed settlement, 260m south east of Cowclose House, Barnigham Moor is an Iron Age settlement site located on the North York Moors. The site comprises a cluster of round house platforms and associated features characteristic of Iron Age occupation in upland Yorkshire. The settlement remains visible as earthwork evidence on the moorland surface, representing the material culture and settlement patterns of the pre-Roman Iron Age period in northern Britain.
