Brad Davis was born in Tallahassee, Florida on November 6, 1949, and died on September 8, 1991. He worked as a film, television, and stage actor. For his debut film role as Billy Hayes in Midnight Express (1978), he won the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actor and received nominations for Best Actor – Motion Picture Drama, and for BAFTA Award recognition as Best Actor in a Leading Role and Most Promising Newcomer to Leading Film Roles.
