Charles Manson was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1934 and died in 2017. He founded a group known as the Manson Family and ordered his followers to commit murders in the Los Angeles area in 1969, resulting in nine deaths in what became known as the Tate–LaBianca murders. Manson worked as a musician and criminal alongside his role as a cult leader.
