American actor (1923-2010)
Biography
Harold Gould was born in Schenectady, New York in 1923 and worked as a character actor in television and film. He played Martin Morgenstern on the sitcom Rhoda from 1974 to 1978 and Miles Webber on The Golden Girls from 1985 to 1992. Over more than 50 years, he appeared in more than 300 television shows, 20 major motion pictures, and over 100 stage plays, and received five Emmy nominations. He died on September 11, 2010.
