Biography
Jane Wyatt was born in Mahwah, New Jersey in 1910 and worked as a film, television, and stage actor. She appeared in Hollywood films including Frank Capra's Lost Horizon and played Margaret Anderson, a homemaker and mother, on the television comedy series Father Knows Best, which aired on CBS and NBC. She also portrayed Amanda Grayson, Spock's human mother, on the science-fiction television series Star Trek. Wyatt won three Emmy Awards and died in 2006.
