Biography

Johnny Ramone was a guitarist and songwriter born on Long Island, New York in 1948. He was a founding member of the Ramones and remained with the band from its inception until its disbandment in 1996, appearing on every album alongside lead vocalist Joey Ramone. The Ramones were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. He died in 2004.
