Josh Ryan Evans was born on January 10, 1982, in Hayward, California, and worked as an actor and stunt performer. He appeared in the soap opera Passions, where he played Timmy Lenox while between 17 and 20 years old. Evans had achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism, which gave him the appearance and voice of a small child despite his actual age; he stood 3 feet 2 inches tall. He died on August 5, 2002.
