Kevin Peter Hall was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1955 and died in 1991. At 7 feet 2 inches tall, he worked as an actor in film and television, playing the title creature in the 1987 science fiction film Predator and reprising the role in its 1990 sequel. He also appeared as Harry in the 1987 film Harry and the Hendersons and in the television adaptation that followed, and held roles in the NBC series Misfits of Science and the sitcom 227.
