Biography
Nicky Hayden was born on July 30, 1981, in Owensboro, Kentucky. He was a professional motorcycle racer who won the MotoGP World Championship in 2006. Hayden began his racing career in the CMRA before moving to the AMA Supersport Championship and then the AMA Superbike Championship, winning the AMA title in 2002. He joined the Repsol Honda team to race in MotoGP starting in 2003.
